• Booking will only be confirmed upon receiving the full payment through cash, credit card, bank transfer or telegraphic transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• A non-refundable policy shall apply for all accommodation paid directly to the resort including NO SHOW and Early Check-Out.

SERVICE TAX

MALAYSIA TOURISM TAX (TTX)
• Effective 1 September 2017, foreign tourist staying at paid accommodation in Malaysia are subject to pay a Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room per night. Malaysians or Permanent Residents with MyPR cards are exempted.
• Due to the recent pandemic, The Malaysian Government has announced the exemption of the Tourism Tax of RM10. 00 per room per night for all foreign passport holders for hotel stays between 1ST January 2022 and 31ST December 2022.
KELESTARIAN TAX
• Effective from 1st March 2022, the Pahang State Government is imposing a mandatory sustainability tax (“Cukai Kelestarian”) for stays at accommodation premisses in Pahang at RM3.00 per room per night. As such, the tax shall apply to all tourists checking in at hotels in the state.
KIDS POLICY
• Kids under the age of five (5) years old, stays for free with existing bed. Additional bed is upon request and limited to one (1) unit per room, based on availability and will be charged accordingly.
SMOKING POLICY
• In line with the resort’s objective towards “Eco Tourism”, VanaVasa Resort is a smoke-free property. However, guest who wishes to smoke can go to the designated smoking area.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATION TO THE RESORT POLICY
• Vanavasa Resort Janda Baik reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary, or add to this resort policy or the arrangements and content featured on the resort’s official website at any time without prior notice. Any modification to the policy that occurs before your departure is considered a part of your reservations agreement with us.
